Position : Sr Systems Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

·       Should be able to Independently carry out Control system Hardware and Software Detail Design, Engineering, Application Development, Testing, Integration of Hardware, FAT with customer , Site Commissioning, system Cut-overs, Loop Checking.

·       Should have done Detailed Engineering of System / Marshalling / Network/ Power Distribution cabinets, Auxiliary Consoles and Fibre Optic Patch panels.

·       MUST have Hands on Experience on Honeywell DCS (EPKS, TPS - TDC300).

·       Should be able to develop Functional Design Specification

·       Should be able to read, Understand P&IDs, Control Narratives, Logic diagrams, etc

·       Ensures that the implementation of application engineers is reviewed with respect to project standards and quality documents.

·       Ensures that the final deliverable meets the functional specifications of the end user by doing thorough quality checks.

·       Responsible for conducting project reviews with Senior Engineer / Application Engineer on a weekly basis and report the same to the Engineer Manager.

·       Should be able to validate System Architecture diagram/ Control System Network architecture,

·       Should be well conversant with Basics of Networking (Level L1, L2, L3 networks) , Field Bus Foundation, HART , Modbus & Profibus protocols, Ethernet / Fiber Optic/ RS232/ RS485  Communications.

·       Experience on TDC3000 (HPM , HG) to C300 Migration, Experion release migration will be an added advantage
