Responsibilities
- Deliver business operations and day-to-day technical services operations of the internal data collection process.
- Manage data delivery, compliance alignment, process maintenance, and life cycle management.
- Plan data extraction, delivery, and disposal processes from production business applications.
- Ensure support strategy aligns with overall TECH and business direction.
- Improve user experience, lower cost of ownership, and balance risk for applications.
- Perform stakeholder management, communication, and presentation.
- Support day-to-day service operations and troubleshoot issues.
- Make sound technical or process decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, or user experience.
Requirements
- Experience managing IT services or operational processes, delivering within agreed service levels and timelines.
- Working knowledge of SQL for running queries or scripts and validating data completeness and accuracy.
- Programming or scripting skills for automation and continuous improvement (Python preferred).
- Experience supporting day-to-day service operations, troubleshooting issues, and making sound technical or process decisions.
- Understanding of service management processes, operational controls, and reporting practices.
- Experience with process improvement, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, or user experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience creating dashboards or reports in Power BI.
- Understanding of cloud computing services and platforms.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based service management practices.
- Experience working with Agile ways of working and related tools.
- Experience collaborating with offshore or external vendors.
