As a Specialist I, Sales Order Management at Emerson, you will provide excellent support to Tescom Asia Pacific trade operations by managing sales order entry and processing. This vital role interfaces with sales offices, representatives, and factories to ensure efficient order management and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Check order documents for completeness.
  • Enter data, orders, and items into the Business System for all customer orders.
  • Send customer order acknowledgments.
  • Generate purchase requisitions and orders.
  • Validate and calculate pricing using system tools; enter and update data or purchase orders in the system.
  • Check with the accurate factory to place the item ordered.
  • Provide a shipment list and shipment confirmation to customers.
  • Identify issues that need customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
  • 1.5 years of relevant work experience in Customer Service, Sales, Order Administration, Shipment, Purchase Order placing, and invoicing.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desired Qualifications

  • Salesforce and Oracle experiences are a plus.
  • Strong drive for results, passion, and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent analytical and order management skills.
  • Ability to efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports.
  • Proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills to proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers.
  • Interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.
