Responsibilities
- Check for completeness of commercial requirements.
- Validate and calculate pricing using system tools.
- Check and extract customer-specific information from business systems.
- Update order, quote records, data, and status in the business system.
- Verify new customer accounts and work with the Customer Vendor Data Hub team for account creation.
- Provide product lead time based on system data.
- Manage orders and transactions to meet customer requirements.
- Resolve problems pertaining to order administration, completion, and post-order activities.
- Communicate professionally and effectively via telephone, e-mail, and/or other standard methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in Order Administration, Data Entry, Banking, and /or Accounting.
- Proficiency in English communication skills.
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
