Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot issues and support production objectives using problem-solving techniques.
  • Lead production workflows and assembly line execution.
  • Deliver work according to quality requirements and work instructions.
  • Understand and adhere to ESD and Explosive Safety control procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.
  • Complete functional testing of assemblies and systems.
  • Sign off on completed work according to specifications.
  • Train and transfer knowledge to new employees.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment aligned with company values.
  • Work extended hours and weekend overtime when required.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing environments with extensive floor expertise.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical documentation, including assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle diverse material scales with precision and safety.
  • Ability to operate automated equipment and optimize mechanical assembly processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving root-cause problem-solving initiatives.
  • Experience with continuous improvement projects, recommending and implementing new operational procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging specialized tools, equipment, and manufacturing software.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Desired Qualifications

  • Working/handling of munitions or other hazardous materials.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, twisting, grasping, gripping, standing, walking, kneeling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions, including lifting and assembly of parts.
  • Ability to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds frequently, and up to fifty (50) pounds on occasion.
