We are looking for a Dynamic Software Engineer with demonstrated ability to be part of Agile team structure to deliver technical solutions in Talent & learn HR Function.

What You'll Do:

• Be an active member of Agile team and participate in Agile rituals

Design technical solutions for Talent & Learn function of HR Domain on platforms like SABA, Degreed, Team space

Design & Build Integrations with Learning Solutions using SABA and Degreed APIs

Design & Build Web applications in leveraging Java/J2EE, Sprint Boot frameworks, Angular JS, Thymeleaf, RDBMS Databases, and NoSQL Databases like MongoDB

Collaborate with Technical Leads, Scrum leads and Product owner gain understanding on requirements, business outcomes and technical reviews.

Build automations and Integrations leveraging Rest, SOAP APIs, and API gateway platforms like Mashery & Layer 7.

Collaborate & participate in technical forums and design reviews with Engineers across peer scrum teams.

Follow engineering standard processes with Code reviews, CI/CD Pipeline based deployments, Documentation, and test-driven development.

Who You Are:

You are a passionate engineer with experience in designing & developing Data pipelines and Visualizations. You are focused towards delivering the best quality technical solutions to meet business outcomes in Agile delivery model. You embody principles of continuous improvement, Positive demeanor, and technical craftsmanship.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience as full stack application engineer

3- 5 years of Experience in building solutions on SABA(EMS), Degreed and Team space Platforms

6+ years of Experience in building cloud native Web applications leveraging Java technologies like Spring boot, Angular JS, Oracle, Thymeleaf

Prior experience with Rest and SOAP based API Integrations

Prior experience with Layer 7 and Mashery API gateway Platforms

3-4 years of Proven experience working enterprise platforms like SABA, Workday, Degreed across 1-2 implementations and operational stabilization

System Design and Application Engineering concepts including but not limited to Distributed systems, Microservices architecture and Application scalability.

• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Prior Experience working in Agile methodology with tools like Jira, Rally etc.

Nice to have Requirements:

Experience on Shell scripting and/or Perl scripting

Exposure to Integration platforms like Boomi IPAAS
