Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and develop large-scale AI-powered software platforms.
  • Build intelligent software solutions leveraging LLMs, agentic systems, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Design and implement scalable distributed systems, cloud-native services, and microservices.
  • Develop AIOps capabilities including operational intelligence and automated remediation.
  • Build intelligent agents to automate business processes and employee experiences.
  • Create secure integrations with Microsoft and third-party services.
  • Design agent orchestration services, execution frameworks, and memory systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
  • Ensure AI-powered solutions meet enterprise standards and Responsible AI principles.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to technical leadership and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience building distributed systems, microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native applications.
  • Experience developing AI-powered software platforms using LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, and orchestration technologies.
  • Experience designing and implementing intelligent agents, multi-agent workflows, and tool integrations.
  • Experience with Azure AI technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of software architecture, reliability engineering, observability, security, and operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to lead technical design discussions and deliver complex end-to-end solutions.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • Understanding of Responsible AI, compliance, privacy, governance, and enterprise security requirements.
  • Experience designing agent evaluation, observability, quality measurement, and reliability frameworks for AI-powered solutions.
  • Experience working with networking, infrastructure, telemetry, or large-scale operational systems.
  • Experience building enterprise-scale AIOps, operational intelligence, monitoring and observability.
