Responsibilities

  • Develops and tests computer software applications, systems, or services.
  • Evaluates requirements, estimates development costs, and improves the development process.
  • Performs unit testing, communicates progress and risks, and integrates software.
  • Diagnoses and resolves technical issues, ensuring high-quality solutions.
  • Works autonomously on specific software features or components.
  • Participates in product definition, specification, implementation, and release.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 1+ year(s) technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
  • Master's Degree (or currently pursuing a degree) in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Experience developing and maintaining high-performance, highly available, and reliable services.
  • Ability to collaborate on technical projects using written documentation and code reviews.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance engineering effectiveness.
  • Strong curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

Benefits

  • USD $85,400 - $168,100 per year (US base pay range).
  • USD $111,100 - $183,700 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area base pay range).
  • Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
