Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers and Project Engineers.
  • Own the project portfolio, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality project delivery.
  • Evolve the PMO by implementing innovative practices and lessons learned.
  • Drive financial performance across revenue, margin, utilisation, and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders for bids, resource planning, and forecasting.
  • Champion health, safety, and integrity in all project operations.
  • Engage directly with customers to resolve issues and maintain relationships.
  • Oversee contract and claim management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering complex service and technical projects.
  • Leadership experience managing and mentoring Project Managers and Project Engineers.
  • PMO optimisation expertise with a track record of improving frameworks and delivery performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, contracts, and claims management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with strong customer and executive engagement skills.
  • Industry and technical knowledge in electrification, automation, PM methodologies, and digital project tools.
