Responsibilities
- Planning and scheduling service work to meet customer needs and deadlines
- Creating, allocating, and releasing service orders to engineers
- Ensuring parts and resources are available ahead of visits
- Communicating with customers to arrange and confirm service appointments
- Tracking progress of jobs and supporting completion, invoicing, and follow-up work
- Working closely with engineers, managers, and internal teams to resolve queries and prioritise requests
- Maintaining accurate records across SAP/C4C and supporting contracts, purchasing, and ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Clear communication with customers and colleagues
- Enjoy problem solving and improving processes
- Experience in planning, administration, customer service, or coordination
- Motivated to learn and develop knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Service industry experience is helpful but not essential
