We are seeking a Service Center Technician in Taicang City. This full-time role involves operating and maintaining workshop machinery like lathes and milling machines, performing disassemblies and assemblies, and assisting with balancing components. The ideal candidate has a mechanical background and at least 5 years of experience in lathe operation.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill repair job with high quality as per tech specification on time.
- Responsible for lathes and milling machine operation in workshop.
- Fulfil the turning job as per the requirement or specification in repair manual or on repair drawings after receiving the order from supervisor.
- Responsible for Dec or Hss disassembling or assembling and cleaning job.
- Responsible for the quality of turning and assembly by himself.
- Assisting repair engineer to balance bowl or conveyor for decanter and bowl complete for hss.
- Responsible for daily maintenance of lathes, drilling machine, milling machine, etc.
- Keeps working place safe, clean and tidy.
Requirements
- Rich experience about lathe operation, especially for large lathe operation.
- Mechanical background.
- Drive fork lift and crane.
- Above 5 years of relative working experience for lathe operation.
