- Provide Operational Leadership & Reliability Strategy.

- Support Mainframe & Enterprise Platforms, including z/OS, CICS, JCL, REXX, Batch Processing, and OPC Scheduling.

- Ensure Release & Operational Readiness Governance.
- Provide Stakeholder & Cross Functional Leadership.
- Facilitate Knowledge Management & Mentorship.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Application Production Support of MainFrame systems.
- Expertise in z/OS Platform Support.
- Proficiency in CICS Transaction Processing.
- Strong JCL and REXX Expertise.
- Experience with Batch Processing Governance.
- Knowledge of OPC Scheduling Operations.
- Familiarity with Endeavor Release Governance.
- Experience with Splunk.
- Experience with Remedy.
- Experience with Jira.
- Experience with Bitbucket.
- Experience with Endevor.
- Experience with SDSF.
- Experience with File-AID.
