Cimatron is seeking a Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer in Pune, India. This role is responsible for owning, administering, developing, and integrating the Salesforce platform across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, administration, and integration with ERP systems like NetSuite.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Salesforce environment.
- Manage all aspects of Salesforce configuration, customization, maintenance, security, and platform governance.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builder, SOQL/SOSL, APIs and Web Services.
- Build and maintain business process automation to support Sales and Order Management activities.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce processes supporting order entry and order management.
- Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert for Salesforce-NetSuite integration.
- Manage and support Salesforce integration requirements related to Cimatron's Thales Licensing environment.
- Design, maintain, and enhance reseller-facing Salesforce portal capabilities.
- Support customer and corporate security requirements, including Sandvik security screening processes and related compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience.
- Proven experience supporting Salesforce as the primary system owner.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Experience supporting sales operations and order management processes.
- Experience building and maintaining integrations using APIs and middleware tools.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.

- NetSuite administration or integration experience.
- Experience supporting software licensing platforms.
- Experience with partner/reseller ecosystems.
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering software, industrial technology, or technical B2B sales environments.
- Experience supporting compliance and security screening requirements for enterprise customers.
