Requirements
- Proven experience in program management with a focus on delivering complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in agile methodology and frameworks (scrum, kanban, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) are preferred.
