Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Technical & Project Management of New product & components.
- Analyse technical solutions with suppliers, factory, and other functions.
- Delivery Project timing, investments, cost on time and on budget.
- Validation and release of (mechanical) structural components.
- Initiate technical Feasibility Study for The Projects.
- Analyse technical solutions with suppliers, product care and other involved functions.
- Discuss the Global RD, Supplier, Manufacturing, QA, Purchasing for product and component development.
- Support the product care team in cost and quality improvement activities.
- Preparing product files (BOM, Drawings, Specs, Test Specs.) on Team Center.
- Lead the project, define scope, develop plans, manage schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or others related field.
- 8-12 years’ experience in relevant experience in new product development.
- Experience of Project Management
- Product Cost Understanding
- Digital & Tool Knowledge: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Excel for project tracking.
- Product Development Process knowledge.
- FMEA knowledge.
- Leadership skills: Lead cross-functional teams, Manage conflicts and decision-making.
- Communication skills: Present project status clearly, Facilitate meetings effectively, Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, Prepare reports and presentations.
- Planning skills: Define project scope and objectives, Create schedules and milestones, Prioritize activities, Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Risk Management skills: Identify potential risks, Evaluate impact and probability.
- Stakeholder Management skills: Build strong relationships, Manage expectations, Negotiate priorities and resources.
- Budget & Cost Management skills: Develop project budgets, Track spending, Analyze cost variances.
- Problem Solving skills: Analyze complex situations, Identify root causes, Develop practical solutions.
