Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in datacenter service delivery.
- Solve complex challenges between remote and onsite support personnel.
- Assist in preparation of quarterly spend management review materials.
- Assist with tracking of datacenter Maintenance and Repair activities.
- Create and manage end-to-end processes for continuous improvement, automation, and programs.
- Manage organizational supplier contracts end-to-end, including procurement, negotiations, and reviews.
- Support organizational financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Evaluate cost savings opportunities and implement strategic projects.
- Leverage local subject matter experts' knowledge and promote best practices.
- Increase agility and contribute to evolving processes, services, and solutions.
- Coordinate closely with datacenter field operations teams and Global Business Operations.
Requirements
- High School Qualification or equivalent AND 3+ years' experience supporting IT equipment or related technology or delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Operational Planning & Project Management: Structured thinking, planning, and execution, influencing without authority, and dealing with ambiguity.
- Exceptional written and Interpersonal skills: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Customer/Stakeholder Focus: Gather stakeholder feedback and integrate into decision making.
- Performance Goal and Standards Setting: Develop and communicate realistic timelines.
- Understand datacenter business objectives and critically review plans.
- Process and Technology: Solid understanding of IT and CE environments, operational processes, and industry best practices.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Anticipate changes and adjust plans accordingly.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Technical College Degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field AND 8+ years experience in critical environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU), or working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, DC Rack/Enclosures, structured cabling) OR High School Qualification or equivalent AND 10+ years experience in critical environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU), or working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, DC Rack/Enclosures, structured cabling) OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in the development of tools and apps utilizing Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, Sharepoint, Dynamics
- 6+ years' of relevant finance, planning or analysis work experiences with a demonstrated analytical foundation
- Knowledge or background supporting AI
- Demonstrated experience with PowerPoint, Excel, PBI and tools skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams
- Demonstrated partnering capabilities, including the ability to influence others without direct authority
- Demonstrated experience in driver-based cost analysis
