Senior BizTalk Developer

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, estimate, code, and test complex programs within an Enterprise Solution.
• Perform BizTalk installations, upgrades, and patching.
• Prepare detailed specifications for programs.
• Participate in change management processes including deployment of BizTalk solutions in all environments as requested, following client standards and procedures.
• Assist clients with disaster recovery exercises.
• Participating in multiple assignments at the same time.
• Develop and/or contribute to client documentation including user manuals, training materials, etc.
• Adhere to proven development practices and software development life cycle methodologies throughout the product development phase.
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasionally work after hours or on weekends.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• A minimum of 5 years related IT experience in the role of BizTalk Administrator/Developer.
• Proven experience in analysis, design, and maintenance or development of application systems using a combination of the technologies below:
• Fluent with BizTalk 2016 and 2020.
• Visual Studio 2017, Visual Studio 2022 and Visual Studio Data Tools.
• C#.NET, ASP.NET.
• Entity Framework.
• Web Service experience such as SOAP-XML, REST-JSON.
• SQL (MSSQL & Transact SQL) 2016, 2017, 2019, SQL Server Management Studio 18.
• Programming languages such as C#, PowerShell.
• Microsoft Enterprise Library.
• Deep experience with .NET and corresponding implementations using common software design patterns.
• Confident; good interpersonal, communication (both oral and written), and client-facing skills.
• Committed to providing excellent customer service.

Desirable Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in any of the following:
• Team Foundation Server.
• OWASP Security Testing.
• JAVA, and/or Python.
• XML.
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SSIS.
• Nagios XI (NCPA) monitoring tools.
• ITIL certification.

Education Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT with equivalent IT experience.
