What you’ll be doing: 

• Revenue Operations: 

• Review, reconcile and validate the accuracy of customers royalty reporting. 

• Understand the terms of licensing agreements to efficiently analyze compliance contracts. 

• Process related information needed to create invoice to customer. 

• Respond to internal inquiries regarding contracts, reports and other general inquires.          

• Royalty Operations: 

• Process and initiate work-flow for new or updated royalty calculations in the royalty reporting system. 

• Review, reconcile and validate the accuracy of Licensor royalty reports. 

• Post invoices for accounts payables. 

• Respond to inquiries from external partners regarding royalty related matters. 

• Project Management (Depending on company status and workload): 

• Support finance department with projects that could be unique to a department in finance or can be collaborations with other finance team members. 

What we’re looking for: 

• 2-5 years of experience in a Business, Accounting or Finance role preferred. 
• Proficiency in Excel, and the capacity to learn and master new software applications. 
• Experience with financial software/systems e.g. SAP, Alliant etc. is a plus, but not required. 
• Experience working with databases and generating reports is a plus, but not required. 
• Organization skills and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities.  
• Detail and deadline orientation. 
• High level of motivation, and willingness to take initiative and ask questions. 
• Interest in learning and developing new skillsets. 
• Desire to make the most out of this opportunity. 
• Progress towards a degree in finance or accounting.
