Responsibilities
- Coordinate the intake, inspection, and preparation of used trucks into inventory.
- Manage vehicle movements and liaise with suppliers, wholesale yards, and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate vehicle records, documentation, and inventory data.
- Prepare customer contracts, invoices, credits, and refund documentation.
- Monitor vehicle costings and process supplier invoices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and sales reports.
- Support demo fleet administration and operational projects.
- Identify and escalate inventory, compliance, or cost-related issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across remarketing operations.
Requirements
- Experience in sales administration, inventory coordination, logistics, transport, automotive, or a similar operational environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidence working with data, reports, and business systems.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.
Desired Qualifications
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of purchasing and cost control will be highly regarded.
- Exposure to heavy vehicles, transport, fleet, or logistics operations is desirable.
