Responsibilities
- Configure products mechanically and electrically using available tools and systems.
- Provide professional technical and commercial support to customers and local sales teams.
- Support in achieving sales targets related to revenue, profitability, and product mix.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best solutions for customers.
- Support in identifying new business opportunities in line with the country sales strategy.
- Manage sales administration, quotations, customer follow-ups, and support project execution when required.
- Travel within the assigned region to engage customers, implement marketing initiatives, build relationships, and contribute to continuous team improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; master’s degree is an advantage.
- Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering providing sales support and other techno-commercial activities.
- Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within an international or multicultural business environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proactive, customer-focused, and sales-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the assigned geographic region for short-term business assignments.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
