Supervise intercompany accounting operations, including reconciliations and settlements, to ensure accurate financial reporting. Lead and develop the intercompany accounting team, managing month-end close activities and resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee intercompany accounting operations, ensuring timely reconciliations, balance settlements, and accurate recording of intercompany transactions across multiple entities.
  • Review and approve intercompany reconciliations, identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
  • Manage month-end close activities related to intercompany accounting, ensuring deadlines are met and transactions are properly reconciled and reported.
  • Monitor and coordinate intercompany balance settlements, ensuring outstanding balances are cleared efficiently and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the intercompany team, driving process improvements, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in intercompany accounting, including account reconciliations, balance settlements, AP/AR, month-end close, financial reporting, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and/or US GAAP).
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in OneStream and BlackLine preferred.
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
