The Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team in Hyderabad is seeking a Transportation Quality Specialist fluent in Spanish (B2+). This role involves first-level support for driver and delivery programs, analyzing case inputs, identifying problem predictors, and implementing solutions to improve delivery and customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a quick learner, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first level support for driver and delivery related programs.
  • Analyze basic case level inputs and identify predictors/causes of business related problems.
  • Improve delivery/customer experience by case-level corrections.
  • Identify and uncover areas of opportunity and highlight them to managers.
  • Collaborate with intra-space multiple resources as per need.
  • Carry out basic needed analyses to help ensure efficiency and effectiveness of programs.
  • Perform root-cause analyses (when needed) within the space subject to availability of data.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish. B2+ certification.
  • Analyze basic case level inputs and identify predictors / causes of business related problems and improve delivery / customer experience by case-level corrections.
