Responsibilities
- Lead the plant quality strategy, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, IATF 16949 standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality management systems.
- Drive operational excellence through quality performance management, continuous improvement initiatives, audit readiness, and defect prevention programs.
- Partner with customers, OEMs, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, strengthen customer satisfaction, and support sustainable business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Proven leadership experience in Quality within an automotive manufacturing environment
- Experience with customer-facing quality management and OEM interaction
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of audits
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949
- Advanced English proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree or postgraduate studies in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business Management are preferred.
