Tetra Pak is looking for a Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of industrial production lines for the food industry. This role involves full project lifecycle management, quotation preparation, and ensuring customer satisfaction and business profitability. Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective project quality control, risk management, resource allocation, and financial oversight.
  • Prepare quotations for Processing and Packaging Solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the implementation of sold equipment and industrial production line projects from planning through execution.
  • Manage project risks across technical, financial, procurement, legal, and commercial areas.
  • Provide issue resolution and coordinate actions for successful project delivery.
  • Manage project resources and provide performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support project success.
  • Participate in project review board meetings and contribute to project governance.
  • Contribute to delivering value for customers through effective project execution.
  • Undertake professional development opportunities, including training and certification towards Project Management Professional (PMP).

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Food Science, or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Solid experience leading and managing projects using Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial production line implementation, equipment commissioning, and industrial equipment upgrade projects.
  • Experience working in the food and/or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-focused skills.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to perform effectively under time constraints while managing multiple priorities.
