Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead daily air structure manufacturing operations.
- Communicate and drive daily production goals.
- Report on structural assembly operations.
- Ensure efficient daily operations.

- Mentor the team and provide training and coaching.

- Oversee and approve work hours for the production team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of proven supervisory/people leadership experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience using MES and ERP systems.
- Proven ability to work effectively across departments and align on goals.
- Ability to lead by example and build positive work relationships.
- Experience driving performance and behavioral accountability.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident, or protected individual.
Desired Qualifications
- AS or BS degree in Operations Management, Advanced Manufacturing, Aeronautics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing is a plus.
- Experience within the aerospace industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment is desirable.
- Availability to work a flexible/extended schedule as needed.
- Adherence to the Saab 6S program and maintaining a clean environment.
