Responsibilities

  • Own the group product portfolio for charging, ePTO, and power distribution systems, including lifecycle management and feature prioritization.
  • Prioritize requirements based on market demand, customer value, technology maturity, and business impact.
  • Sponsor cross-brand product initiatives from opportunity definition to Start of Project.
  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for charging, ePTO, and power distribution.
  • Drive alignment across brands, commercial planning, and industrial operations.
  • Manage budget and bucket processes for the product area.
  • Apply modularization and user-factor principles to define scalable, harmonized solutions.
  • Act as business owner for Value Creation Teams in the flow landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams, brand organizations, and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the wider TRATON Group E-mobility roadmap by identifying strategic opportunities and market trends.
  • Prepare decision material, analysis, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide input to process improvement initiatives across the Group Product Management organization.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in product management, product planning, project management, or charging infrastructure within automotive or mobility.
  • Technical or commercial experience in the charging infrastructure ecosystem, ideally in customer-facing projects.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle architecture and E-mobility systems.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build alignment across stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience preparing material for senior leadership.
  • Adaptable, curious, and comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
