Responsibilities
- Secure Power industry process expertise and leadership for High Efficiency Heat Exchangers.
- Review customer processes and position the heat exchanger portfolio.
- Develop industry-specific value propositions for Heat exchangers.
- Provide hands-on experience with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and end customers.
- Monitor trends, legislation, technology, and competitor intelligence in the Power sector.
- Develop guidelines for application-specific design.
- Support Sales companies with expertise and customer meetings.
- Share application knowledge via training, webinars, and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering is a must.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a global / multinational environment.
- Strong expertise in process engineering for EPC projects.
- Extensive experience in proposal engineering within the Power industry.
- Strong understanding of preparing technical and commercial proposals for EPC projects.
- Fluency in English is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant Power sector and EPC project experience.
- Ability to review customer processes, identify pain points and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Technically support sales teams on tenders from an application perspective.
- Identify new markets and opportunities within the Power industry.
- Highly motivated person with a passion for developing and improving technical processes and solutions.
- Ability to build strong networks, working cross borders, with people on all levels and cultures.
- Target-oriented with a creative and open-minded approach to problem solving.
