Spotify is seeking a Policy Support Specialist to enhance its Ads & Monetization policy enforcement operations. This role involves supporting global operations teams, partnering with internal stakeholders, and analyzing data to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Spotify’s ads and monetization policies and enforcement workflows.
- Support vendor and operations teams with enforcement guidance, training, quality initiatives, and change management.
- Partner across teams to improve operational efficiency and quality through process improvements, tooling enhancements, and solutions.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, monitor trends, and inform operational strategies.
- Monitor, triage, and resolve high-profile or time-sensitive escalations.
- Collaborate with Policy, Product, Legal, and Communications teams to develop workflows and support new policies, products, and launches.
- Participate in occasional weekend or holiday on-call coverage and travel.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an operations role supporting ad review, content moderation, policy enforcement, or a related area.
- Experience developing new workflows, improving processes, and turning operational challenges into practical solutions.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for different audiences.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and independently manage priorities and solve problems.
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and inform decisions using qualitative and quantitative information.
- Adaptable and comfortable working through changing priorities and ambiguity.
- Comfortable reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
- Fluent in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with external vendors can be helpful.
- Experience using tools such as Salesforce, SQL, or AI-enabled tools can be helpful.
