Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor payments, ensuring accurate and timely execution in line with regulations and agreed service levels.
  • Investigate and repair stopped payments and register manual payments when required.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues and ensure smooth processing.
  • Identify recurring issues, analyse root causes and contribute to sustainable improvements.
  • Support process optimisation and automation initiatives that improve efficiency, quality and ways of working.
  • Participate in projects and change initiatives within SE Payments, bringing operational expertise and practical solutions.
  • Contribute to preparations for the rollout of the PEGA platform in 2027 and support the implementation of new processes and solutions.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.
  • Good communication skills in English (B2+) and Polish.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under time pressure.
  • A high level of ownership, accountability and integrity.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously improve processes and services.
