The Order Management Officer is responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, managing customer commitments, and maintaining order details in the Oracle System. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, experience in customer service or supply chain, and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and shipment commitments are met.
  • Expedite relevant functional groups to prevent order delays.
  • Communicate effectively with the Singapore factory regarding customer delivery date changes.
  • Participate in order backlog review meetings and provide feedback on risks.
  • Provide fast order acknowledgements with realistic delivery dates and accurate prices.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and update them on delivery delays.
  • Ensure order management system dates reflect current order status.
  • Update order details in the Oracle System to match customer requirements.
  • Manage order holds and ensure orders are in the correct status for shipment.
  • Update Late Cause Code/Change Cause Code in DII accurately and timely.
  • Ensure orders are processed within turnaround time and meet KPI/KRA targets.
  • Acquire necessary documents from customers for order release.
  • Coordinate change order requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, sales operations, or related business functions.
  • Familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
