Responsibilities

  • Support field engineers and construction teams in site surveys, capacity planning, and deployment coordination.
  • Assist with site assessments, documentation, and coordination between engineering and field crews.
  • Help optimize workflows, track project timelines, manage documentation, and support logistics for multi-site deployments.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to RF design validation, network performance analysis, and optimization projects.
  • Perform data collection, signal analysis, modeling support, and coordination with customer teams to improve network quality and coverage.
  • Support PMO functions including project tracking, stakeholder communication, resource scheduling, and risk management.
  • Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reporting across multiple initiatives.
  • Develop or improve tools and automation frameworks that enhance RAN deployment and operations.
  • Work with internal teams to identify manual processes, prototype solutions, and deploy automation that increases efficiency and reduces errors.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, or basic programming (Python, scripting)
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Comfort learning telecommunications concepts and technical tools
  • Telecommunications infrastructure, RAN architecture, and network deployment fundamentals
  • RF principles, network optimization techniques, and performance metrics
  • Construction project workflows, site logistics, and operational best practices
  • Project and program management tools, methodologies, and governance
  • Automation frameworks, scripting, and tools relevant to network operations
  • Data analysis and visualization for network performance and operational insights
  • Cross-functional collaboration in a complex, regulated industry

Desired Qualifications
