Responsibilities
- Support field engineers and construction teams in site surveys, capacity planning, and deployment coordination.
- Assist with site assessments, documentation, and coordination between engineering and field crews.
- Help optimize workflows, track project timelines, manage documentation, and support logistics for multi-site deployments.
- Collaborate with teams to identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to RF design validation, network performance analysis, and optimization projects.
- Perform data collection, signal analysis, modeling support, and coordination with customer teams to improve network quality and coverage.
- Support PMO functions including project tracking, stakeholder communication, resource scheduling, and risk management.
- Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reporting across multiple initiatives.
- Develop or improve tools and automation frameworks that enhance RAN deployment and operations.
- Work with internal teams to identify manual processes, prototype solutions, and deploy automation that increases efficiency and reduces errors.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, or basic programming (Python, scripting)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic environments
- Comfort learning telecommunications concepts and technical tools
- Telecommunications infrastructure, RAN architecture, and network deployment fundamentals
- RF principles, network optimization techniques, and performance metrics
- Construction project workflows, site logistics, and operational best practices
- Project and program management tools, methodologies, and governance
- Automation frameworks, scripting, and tools relevant to network operations
- Data analysis and visualization for network performance and operational insights
- Cross-functional collaboration in a complex, regulated industry
