In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Provide technical coaching, training, and development opportunities to strengthen engineering and operations capabilities.
- Promote a strong safety culture and support site Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) initiatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment, preferably within control valve, industrial equipment, or precision manufacturing industries.
- Minimum 2 years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, engineering documentation, and process development.
- Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in control valve manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and measurement system analysis.
- Hands-on experience with valve assembly, calibration, fixture design, and tooling development.
- Experience supporting NPI, product transfers, and localization projects.
- Demonstrated success in driving productivity, quality, and cost improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
