Responsibilities

  • Ensure process and production activities comply with EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) requirements.
  • Participate in risk assessments and safety improvement activities.
  • Support the company's quality system and related audits.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize production process flows to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documents such as process files and flow charts.
  • Train and assess operators and technicians on products and processes.
  • Monitor key production metrics, identify and resolve process anomalies, and implement early warning mechanisms.
  • Provide technical support to the production floor for smooth operations.
  • Utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools for continuous improvement projects.
  • Analyze production bottlenecks and develop improvement plans to increase capacity and equipment utilization.
  • Drive cost reduction, yield improvement, and labor efficiency projects.
  • Participate in global quality and consistency meetings.
  • Execute production according to plan and analyze deviations.
  • Participate in energy-saving technical reform projects.
  • Involve in new product introduction and mass production transfer.
  • Develop trial production plans and support trial production and equipment debugging.
  • Coordinate with production, planning, contract, and supply chain departments for smooth new product mass production.
  • Analyze and resolve production anomalies and issues.
  • Use DMAIC tools for root cause analysis and drive implementation of improvement measures.
  • Track defect rates, rework rates, and other quality metrics to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to enhance product quality and process capability.
  • Provide technical consultation on product production processes to sales support, application engineers, and contract departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering.
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Office software such as Excel and Power BI.
  • 3+ years of work experience in manufacturing production engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, with strong execution and driving ability.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in automation project implementation.
  • Familiarity with production digitalization and smart manufacturing technologies.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • New product introduction experience is preferred.
