Responsibilities
- Support daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to improve safety, quality, and delivery.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process flows, and fixture drawings.
- Lead capital equipment projects to specify, source, qualify, and implement new equipment and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors in engineering
- Zero (0) years of applicable experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- An ABET-accredited engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing is preferred.
- Internship or Co-op experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Data analysis capabilities using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Minitab
