Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment including CNC machines, robotic assembly systems, PLC-controlled systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, testing equipment, and paint shop systems.
  • Monitor equipment performance and operating parameters to ensure optimal functionality and uptime.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system failures.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Conduct inspections and document findings on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Collaborate with Advanced Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering teams on site layout planning and equipment relocation.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to review repairs and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
  • Support the integration of new equipment into existing production lines.
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
  • Ensure only properly trained personnel operate equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma Required; Applied Sciences 2 year degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in maintaining CNC five-axis machines, robotics, and PLC programming.
  • Extensive knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
  • Prolific in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Proven experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance documentation practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum of 3 Years proven experience with CNC equipment maintenance.
  • Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

Desired Qualifications

  • Applied Sciences 2 year degree preferred.
