Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment including CNC machines, robotic assembly systems, PLC-controlled systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, testing equipment, and paint shop systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and operating parameters to ensure optimal functionality and uptime.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system failures.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Conduct inspections and document findings on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate with Advanced Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering teams on site layout planning and equipment relocation.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to review repairs and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
- Support the integration of new equipment into existing production lines.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
- Ensure only properly trained personnel operate equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- HS Diploma Required; Applied Sciences 2 year degree preferred.
- Proven experience in maintaining CNC five-axis machines, robotics, and PLC programming.
- Extensive knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Prolific in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Proven experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance documentation practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Minimum of 3 Years proven experience with CNC equipment maintenance.
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
