Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and perform tasks across operational areas including picking, packing, unloading, loading, replenishment, and yard operations.
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks based on operational workflow and business needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and sustainable work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage progress toward goals set by the Fulfilment/Replenishment Operations Team Leader.
  • Supervise daily processes, take action on deviations, resolve problems, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor and enforce daily routines for consistent performance and operational stability.
  • Communicate Quality Support Center (QSC) protocols to appropriate teams and stakeholders.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners to organize actions associated with work orders and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for work orders and QSC related protocols.
  • Review, process, and resolve internal deviations during the goods receiving process.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area at all times.
  • Contribute to a strong and inclusive IKEA culture.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Desired Qualifications

  • Analytical and detail oriented.
  • Previous administrative warehouse work preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident with independent decisions and problem solving.
