Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure key workstreams stay on track.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic transaction environment.
- Support teams in Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia with sales and commercial legal matters, including contract review and dispute resolution.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant M&A experience in a similar deal-facing role.
- Actively involved in negotiations, transaction execution, and stakeholder management.
- Experience participating directly in negotiations and transaction execution.
- Ability to balance legal risk with commercial priorities and deal value.
- Confidence navigating ambiguity and unfamiliar challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.
