L&D Project Coordinator
What you will do
- Close interaction with business and manage end to end TNI aligned to business strategy.
- Development and Testing of Learning pathways prior to roll out and maintenance post roll out
- Tracking and working on learning/assessment completion progress dashboards
- Program managing centralized L&D programs across the geography.
- PoC for learning related queries.
- Support in simplification activities towards enriched employee experience
- PoC for L&D reporting activities at unit level
- Support with L&D communication, newsletter and other branding activities
- Other L&D project related tasks
You will bring :
Success Profile for a L&D project coordinator in a GSC set-up:
- Around 6-7 years of overall work experience in HR of which at least 4 yrs in L&D field facing business.
- Education: A degree/qualification in HR/learning related field is desirable.
- Some experience and an interest in the field of L&D and technology understanding is required.
- Self-Starter attitude!
- Must be a good team player, working closely with multiple teams in a matrixed setup
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital skills (eg. launching surveys, building SharePoint, other PowerApps etc)
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to network and influencing skills
- Exposure to Power BI is desired
- Exposure to Degreed as LXP desired
