Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong contacts with key accounts at all levels.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with divisional goals.
- Drive market share growth year on year.
- Manage CRM, forecasting, and inputs to the S&OP process.
- Handle major sales and negotiations for the account.
- Coordinate activities between equipment and service business lines.
- Act as the first point of escalation for business resolution issues.
- Conduct customer negotiations at all levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent working experience.
- Strong background in the semi industry or experience in a relevant market.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing.
- High commercial and technical experience.
- Possession of business and financial acumen.
- Strategic and conceptual capability to lead and develop a regional business.
- Dynamic with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills.

- Experience in the Semi Equipment Manufacturing is an advantage.
