Responsibilities
- Lead TISAX audit readiness
- Support endpoint devices, network connectivity, and local IT services
- Support end-user computing (EUC)
- Support LAN infrastructure operations across remote logistics center environments
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
- Strong stakeholder engagement, effective communication, and ability to balance operational needs with strict compliance requirements
- Knowledge of networking, endpoint management, cybersecurity, audit/compliance practices, and enterprise infrastructure
- Experience in end-user support and customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Ensuring continuity, standardization, and efficiency across the division in support of IT-related TISAX audit evidence and control readiness
- Ensuring IT-related controls, documentation, and audit evidence are centrally coordinated, standardized, and audit-defensible
- Enabling more efficient execution of internal and external TISAX assessments and reducing variability across locations
