Nordea Asset Management is seeking an Investment Proposal Intern for their RFP Operational team in Portugal. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate high-quality and timely responses to RFPs and DDQs for institutional and discretionary clients, focusing on the operational side.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, governance, product management, and other stakeholders across NAM.
  • Ensure responses are accurate and commercially impactful.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of RFP processes, tools, and content frameworks, with a focus on AI-driven efficiencies.
  • Proactively manage internal clients and stakeholders to ensure a smooth RFP delivery process.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of NAM’s investment capabilities and product offering.
  • Develop expertise in areas such as asset management, fund strategies, sustainability/ESG, risk/performance metrics, financial instruments/markets, GIPS composites, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in economics, finance or similar (or about to graduate).
  • Very good skills in written and spoken English.
  • Genuine interest for investments and asset management.
  • Well-organized, detail oriented, and a team player with experience in setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery in high quality.
  • Ability to learn new tasks and software applications rapidly.
