Bring your curiosity to work as our next Internal Sales. You will be part of our CTS internal sales team, reporting to the Internal Sales Manager. Your mission is to expand the AtlacCopco Service Market, contributing to high-quality products and solutions for customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes and proposals for maintenance, parts, and other service products for compressors and related equipment using SAP.
- Obtain quotes from subcontractors and negotiate purchasing terms.
- Manage customer and machine information for the assigned area.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints to secure repeat orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to respond to quotation requests.
Requirements
- Technical college or university graduate (engineering background preferred)
- At least 1 year of sales experience, or equivalent work experience
- Basic technical understanding (engineering background is a plus)
- PC skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and ERP system (SAP, etc.) operation skills
- Ability to perform work following established procedures
- Business-level Japanese
- Basic English
