Support Talent Advisory function at the client site along with HRBP. The person should be good with Excel and PPT skills

• Program manage the onboarding plan from hiring to KT start date.
• Induction and joining formalities at Deloitte as well as HCA.
• Planning the two-week training agenda with our L&D team and HCA leadership.
• Facilitating the training, monitoring the attendance, and conducting assessments of all trainings.
• Preparing and sharing a detailed report with the Deloitte as we well HCA Leadership twice in a week.
• Conducting and coordinating multiple function wise Webex trainings with HCA leaderships in the US.
