In short

We are seeking a motivated Integration Engineer in Taipei to drive 5G modernization for the telecom industry. This role involves deep technical execution, client leadership, project delivery, configuration, and implementation of Cloud networks and 5G infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, preparation, and execution of test cases for configuration, integration, and migration of Cloud networks and 5G infrastructure.
  • Independently organize and lead technical meetings with customers, clarifying requirements and presenting solutions.
  • Collaborate with Radio and Core Network Teams, bridging customer needs and technical feasibility.
  • Analyze project outcomes and report to local and global support units for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.
  • Previous experience in the IT/Telecom domain.
  • Exceptional logic, fast learning abilities, and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
  • "Soft Skills" to navigate complex stakeholder environments and lead discussions confidently.
  • Ability to take ownership of a project's communication flow and lead a meeting from agenda to action items independently.

  • Linux system administration
  • Shell-scripting / Programming (Python, Bash, etc.)
  • Virtualization & Cloud technologies (Kubernetes, OpenStack)
  • Networking protocols and architecture
  • Database administration
