In short

We are seeking an HWC Intern to join our team in Beijing. This role involves daily handling of Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Invoice Receipts, alongside database updates, quotation coordination, and vendor extensions. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts (GR), and Invoice Receipts (IR), including daily verification, processing, and reconciliation.
  • Update logistical databases, track shipments, payments, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with sourcing to request product prices or service costs.
  • Manage the vendor extension process.
  • Identify and correct errors in quotes, quantities, or unit prices, communicating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Map products in the EB system for ZKH.
  • Process custom tax, broker fees, and domestic freight POs by creating and revising invoices in the EB system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all invoices within the EB system.

Requirements

  • Master degree or above with a major in Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Problem-Solving skills: Ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Openness to learning new technologies and methodologies.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in diverse teams and contribute to group efforts.
