ADP is hiring a Resources Information System Analyst

The HR Innovation & Analytics team is responsible for transforming Human Resources with science, technology and research. Our team builds state of the art technology solutions to create a frictionless experience to our associates, through a seamless digital journey and provides insights and analytics that inform our people strategy.

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of various HCM solutions, including Core HR, recruiting, payroll, time and benefits. You will be partnering with HR and Payroll practitioners as well as product developers to build feature functionality and help ensure that our user receive a seamless and efficient experience.

In this role, you’ll contribute significantly to the development, analysis, design, implementation, and administration of Core HR, closely integrated with Recruitment, Payroll, Timekeeping, and Benefits. We’re looking for someone with over a decade of experience in the HCM industry, who’s skilled in Human Resources Information Systems, system integrations, configuration, ad-hoc reporting, and security management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage HCM solutions for a Multinational Corporation (MNC), focusing on ADP products like Recruiting Manager, Time and Labor Management, Health and Wellness Service Engine, Enterprise HR, and Payroll services.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in functional concepts across the associate lifecycle, ensuring compliance.
  • Lead integration development and troubleshooting during testing phases.
  • Oversee data conversion and bulk processing.
  • Own HR Project plans, tracking milestones for assigned projects.
  • Contribute to HRIS-related projects and process improvement.
  • Collaborate across departments to address cross-divisional technological needs.
  • Provide support during go-live and post-production stages.
  • Audit HR processes for data integrity, using queries and data analysis.
  • Maintain system documentation and training aids.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with HCM focus.
  • Strong analytical skills for translating complex business processes into requirements.
