Ericsson seeks an experienced Program Director to lead AT&T Network Management & Cloud Infra Programs in Plano, Texas. This role requires GIAP 8 certification and expertise in managing large-scale transformative programs, aligning strategic objectives, and ensuring operational excellence for AT&T’s EIAP/SMO & CNIS Infra products. Responsibilities
- Lead Program Management for AT&T's Network Management & Cloud Infra projects.
- Oversee all aspects of program execution across planning, implementation, and delivery phases.
- Achieve financial targets and manage financial hygiene and governance for programs.
- Align program objectives with AT&T’s strategic goals for Network Management transformations.
- Act as the primary liaison between Ericsson and AT&T, addressing customer demands.
- Manage project resources efficiently for timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Ericsson’s CORE3 structure.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to content generation, community leadership, and driving organizational ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- GIAP 8 Certification.
- Proven expertise in leading Core transformation & Network management projects.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native technology and infrastructure (Kubernetes, CI/CD, LCM, microservices).
- Strong understanding and experience with AI-driven and automation-based methodologies.
- Ability to build winning strategies aligned with customer needs.
- Experienced in coaching and mentoring.
- Strong customer handling and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Demonstrated growth mindset.
- Prior hands-on experience with AT&T account Programs/Projects is preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of telecom security, trustworthy AI, and regulatory frameworks as applied to CSS products is optional.
- Work arrangements may include hybrid or on-site, depending on project demands.
