Responsibilities
- Oversee all interactions with government authorities in Saudi Arabia.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, immigration regulations, and governmental procedures.
- Manage business licenses, renewals, permits, and legal documentation.
- Supervise the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of visas, work permits, and residency (Iqama) for employees.
- Oversee the creation and renewal of employment contracts within the Qiwa platform.
- Manage the Saudization program.
- Monitor updates to Saudi laws and regulations and provide insights to senior management.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of required reports and documentation.
- Develop and implement process improvements for government-related workflows.
- Manage an administrative assistant/broker.
- Address government-related disputes and compliance issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact during government audits and inspections.
- Lead disciplinary committee activities and participate in staff disciplinary processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Relations, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Government Relations within logistics, e-commerce, or multinational organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, immigration rules, and general business compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and Mudad systems.
- Established network and strong relationships with key government entities and regulatory bodies.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage complex regulatory processes and resolve compliance challenges effectively.
