Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and management of end-to-end sourcing events and ensure timely completion.
- Develop sourcing approaches, identify suppliers, and finalize sourcing strategies.
- Perform digital sourcing requirements and events in Oracle and other procurement systems.
- Execute RFx (requests for information, proposals, quotes, and bids) to support the category management team.
- Report potential timelines and resource adjustments to the Sourcing Supervisor.
- Conduct award scenario analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist in building RFx tools and templates for sourcing execution.
- Initiate sourcing/negotiation improvements based on project insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations, or a similar field.
- 7+ years of experience in procurement operations, global sourcing, supplier management, commodity risk management, budgeting, financial reporting, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of e-procurement tools such as Ariba, Oracle Procurement, Sourcing Applications, etc.
- Accountability and ability to meet commitments.

- Ability to plan, prioritize work, and align with organizational goals.
- Consistent achievement of results, even under tough circumstances.

Desired Qualifications
- Advanced course, Master’s Degree, and/or professional certifications in procurement, technology, leadership, strategy, and/or project management is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in the pertinent category is a plus.
