Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Frontend Development Intern to join our team in either Djursholm or Älta, Stockholm County, Sweden. This is a full-time, on-site internship opportunity where you will contribute to designing and implementing user interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to create seamless and responsive user experiences. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your frontend development skills, learn modern frameworks, and contribute to real-world projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interfaces for web applications.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create seamless and responsive user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends and technologies.
• Contribute to the development of UI/UX best practices.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
